Special Magistrate continues raiding various shops

QUETTA: The Special Magistrate, Shafi Shah continued to raid shops in Gwalmandi, Civil Line, Industrial and Sabzal road areas to check the implementation on official price list.
During the visit, the Magistrate charged fine of thousands of rupees from the profiteers as well as sellers of poor quality edibles and butchers selling meat on off days.
The shopkeepers and vendors were also issued warning to mend their way and ensure implementation on the official price list, otherwise strict action would be taken against them.
The copies of the official price list were also issued to the shopkeepers directing them to follow the same.
