QUETTA(PPI): Thirteen terrorists from BLF were killed in search operation conducted by sensitive agency and Frontier Corps in Gabban area of Turbat Monday. High profile BLF Commander Hayat was among those killed while Commander Zareef was arrested.
According to Spokesperson FC and sensitive agencies in their joint operation in Gabban area near Turbat killed 13 terrorists and injured several others. Most wanted BLF commander Hayat was killed while commander Zareef was arrested on t he spot. Heavy weapons and rocket launchers were also recovered from hideouts of terrorist.
It is added here that terrorists had killed innocent workers in an attack on their camp in Gokdan area yesterday. On confirmed reports FC started its search operation in the area and offered terrorists to surrender but they started firing on FC troops. A heavy exchange of fire took place in which 13 terrorists including their commander Hayat were killed and several were injured.
Inspector General Frontier corps Balochistan Major General Sehr Afgun visited Turbat and visited site of yesterday?s incident. He also monitored search operation.
He also attended a high level meeting held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch.
Appreciating performance of FC and sensitive agencies IG FC said asked to include people and civil administration to win war against terrorists. He said terrorists facilitators and sympathizers hiding among people and levies would be dealt with iron hands. He said every drop of blood of innocent people would be revenged.
