QUETTA(PPI): Final list of contestants for Cantt board polls has been released. Polls would be held in 5 Wards of Cantt Board, Quetta.
According to final list fo contestants from Ward1 Mansoor Ahmed (PML-N), Zahir shah (PMAP), Ahmed Bakhsh Tareen (PML-N), and Taimoor Khan (PTI) from Ward 2, from Ward 3 Muhammad Aslam (PML-N) and Muhammad Babar (PTI), three candidates have filed nomination papers as Independents from Ward 4, 12 candidates are in run in Ward 5. Election symbols have been allotted to them.
Of the total 33candidtes for Cantt Board Polls 10 are from political parties and 23 are independents. Of these PML-N candidates are 4, PTI have fielded 3, JUI, PPP and PMAP have one candidate each in the field.
