Bill tabled in BA

QUETTA(PPI): Balochistan Civil Servants (amendment) bill 2015 was tabled in the House when it began its session here Sturday.
Speaker Jan Muhammad Jamali was in the chair.
The bill was introduced by Provincial Minister for Services and General Administration Department Nawab Muhammad Khan Shahwani.
According to statement of objects and reasons federal government has made amendments/omissions in its Civil Servants Act 197 regarding absorption of Civil Servants of devolved Ministry of Division, working in an attached department or subordinate office situated in a Province in the wake of 18 th amendment.
In order to carry out this purpose an amendment has to be made in the Balochistan Civil Servant Act 1974, therefore the bill is placed before the provincial assembly for consideration/enactment
The House also exempted the bill from the requirements of rule 84 of Provincial Assembly Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business 1974. This means the bill would not be referred to the concerned house standing committee as these committees have not been formed yet.
