Accused declared proclaimed offenders

QUIETTA(PPI): anti Terrorism court declared 16 nominated accused in Quaid e Azam destruction case as absconders here Wednesday.
According to details Noroz Khan Hote Judge ATC No 2 recorded statement of Investigation Officer in the Quaid e Azam destruction case and declared all the 16 accused nominated in the case as absconders. Learned judge ordered publication of their names in three newspapers. These absconders are Herbiar Marri, Dur Muhammad Marri, Jamal Shah, Geo Marri, Abdul Pukar, Aslam alias Achu, Saifullah alias Saifu, Berak, Rehman Gul, Abdul Sattar Marri, Ganbo Marri, Jabal Marri, Two Marri, Omar Munno and Bajo Marri. They had destroyed Quaid e Azam Residence in Ziarat on June 15, 2015 with explosive and setting it on fire. A police man was also killed in their firing.
Next hearing will be held on April 27.
