Musharraf gets day?s exemption in Bugti murder case hearing

QUETTA(PPI): Anti Terrorism Court headed by Aftab Ahmed Lone granted former President Pervez Musharraf one day exemption in Bugti murder case here Wednesday. Court also reserved verdict on permanent exemption.
According to details ATC headed by began hearing of Nawab Bugti murder case here today. Akhtar Shah Advocate Lawyer of Pervez Musharraf filed a request for one day exemption from appearance. Court also reserved judgment on permanent exemption of Pervez Musharraf form appearance in the court.
Other accused former interior minister Aftab Ahmed Sherpao and provincial home minister Shoaib Nosherwni were present in the court.
During the hearing Sohail Rajput lawyer of Jamil Bugti son of Nawab Akbar Bugti objected to the medical report and said there is no mention that Musharraf was unable to move. He said he was suffering from diseases which are age related according to internal medical research. When he gives interview on Tv Channel he seems to be healthy. Chairman of Medical Board is friend of Pervez Musharraf. Musharraf has no trust in Pakistani doctors for his treatment. He said Musharraf does not like to appear in the court nor gives importance to it.
Musharraf?s lawyer said his client respects law and courts of the country.
ATC Judge Aftab Ahmed Lone said he would decide the case during the current year.
Later he adjourned hearing till May 13.
