William Barkat: Rs. 15 million allocated for electricity to minorities

QUETTA: The government has allocated funds of Rs. 15 million for provision of electricity in the settlements of minorities.
This was stated by the Member of the Central Committee of Pashtoonkhaw Milli Awami Party (PkMAP) and Minority Member Provincial Assembly, William Barkat here.
He said that it has been his endeavour to ensure provision of basic facilities to the minorities.
For the purpose, the funds would be provided for installation of transformers, electricity towers and other necessary equipments in Loralai, Duki, Killa Saifullah, Muslim Bagh, Sibi and Quetta. He also mentioned that a community hall is under construction in Christians’ colony Loralai.
Another hall is being constructed for Hindu community, he added.
