CJ appoints five District and Sessions Judges

QUETTA: The Chief Justice Balochistan High Court has appointed the five following persons as the District and Sessions Judge (BPS-21) with immediate effect.
According to an official notification issued here by the Registrar of BHC by order of the Chief Justice, those who have been appointed in the following order of merit, are included: Mr. Muhammad Rafiq son of Nabi Bakhsh, Mr. Nazir Ahmed Khajjak son Muhammad Essa, Mr Abdul Qayyum Lehri son of Malik Atta Muhammad, Mr. Nasir Khan Yousafzai son of Saz Maluk and Zafar Ullah Bazai son of Mehrullah Bazai.
According to the notification, they shall remain on probation as per Rule-8 of the Balochistan Additional District and Sessions Judges and District and Sessions Judges Service Rules, 2002.
Moreover, they are required to appear before the recognized medical board, before submitting arrival report.
