Necessary arrangements finalized: 3-day Mehfil-e-Shabina set to begin from 27th Ramadanul Mubarak

QUETTA: All the necessary arrangements have been finalized for the three-day Mehfil-e-Shabina scheduled to be held from 27th to 29th Ramadanul Mubarak at Jamia Masjid Syedul Mursaleen Dairy Farm Quetta cantonment.
The arrangements were reviewed in a meeting held with the Additional Deputy Commissioner Revenue, Muhammad Yasir Khan Bazai in the chair here the other day. Those who attended the meeting were the senior officials of the Police, Metropolitan Corporation, Civil Defence and other concerned departments besides the religious leaders.
The meeting finalized the arrangements for the Mehfil-e-Shabina to be arranged in the Jamia Masjid Syedul Mursaleen like the past.
The selection of the Qaris / Huffaz-e-Karam would be made on July 11 at the Jamia Masjid Qaba, Commissioner Office here.
It was decided to make strict security measures on occasion of the Mehfil-e-Shabina. In this regard, walk through gates would be installed for participants in the Mehfil-e-Shabina.
Moreover, thorough body search of those participating in the Mehfil would also be made, it was decided further.
The schedule of electricity load shedding would be changed in the area besides making alternate arrangements in case of power shut down.
The staff of civil defence and other concerned departments including health would remain present to tackle any emergent situation.
The special lighting arrangements would also be made in the mosque on eve of the Mehfil-e-Shabina to give it a beautiful look.
The arrangements of Iftar-o-Sehri would also be made for the participating Qaris / Huffaz-e-Karam as well as other participating faithful.
The measures about parking as well as cleanliness and other necessary arrangements were also reviewed in the meeting.
