Steps demanded for maintenance of law & order

QUETTA: The central Secretary Finance, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-N) Syed Abdus Sattar Chishti has demanded of the government to take serious steps for maintaining law and order situation in Quetta instead of installing barriers.
Talking to different delegations here, Chishti said that the fixing of barriers would cause problems to the people on roads.
Particularly the traffic problems would increase manifold in case of the barriers are closed for any reason, he said.
The JUI-N leader charged that the rampant incidents of target killing and explosions have created a sense of insecurity. The lives of innocent people are not safe because of the law and order situation, he charged further.
