QUETTA: The Eid congregations have been arranged for over 250 Eid congregations to be held in the central mosques, Eid gahs and other open places in the provincial metropolis.
Special security arrangements have been made to avert any untoward incidents on the eve of Eid congregations.
The personnel of Police and Balochistan Constabulary have been deployed at the Eidgahs all over the city.
According to the police sources, the Eid gahs have been divided in three categories i.e., from normal to sensitive and very sensitive.
While five personnel would be deployed at the normal Eidgahs and congregations, deployment of nine personnel would be made at the sensitive and most sensitive Eid gahs.
The main Eid congregation is scheduled to be held at 08:00 AM at the central Eid Gah located on Toghi Road.
According to the schedule, the prominent religious leader and Provincial Khateeb, Maulana Anwarul Haq Haqqani will lead the Eid prayer at Eid Gah Toghi road.
The important personalities, politicians and elders would be offering the Eid prayer there.
Following is the schedule of Eid timing at different Eid gahs and mosques.
The Eid prayer would be held at 08:00 AM at the Liaquat Park. Similarly, the timing of Eid prayer at the Government Science College is 08:00 AM.
The Eid prayer would be offered at 08:45 AM at the Ayub Stadium.
Following are the Eid namaz timing in different other mosques and places.
Jamia Masjid Shahbaz Town at 07:00 AM where Maulana Qari Hafiz Abdul Qayum Mushwani would lead the prayer.
Jamia Matlaul Uloom, Brewery road, Wahdat Colony at 08:30 AM. Hafiz Hussain Ahmed would lead the Eid prayer.
Taameer-e-Nau Public College ground at 09:00 AM.
Helper Public School ground at 07:15 AM.
Eid gah Chiltan Housing at 07:45 AM. Mufti Shakirullah to lead Eid prayer.
Jamia Masjid Sirki Kalan at 08:30 AM. Maulvi Abdul Fatah to lead Eid prayer.
Eidgah Ayub Stadium at 08:45 AM. (Maulana Dr. Attaur Rehman).
