QUETTA: The traditional game of egg fighting remained on peak on the festive occasion of Eidul Fitr in the provincial metropolis.
The people especially the young and kids were engaged in the egg tapping game or egg fight.
Needless to mention here is that in the game, two players take an egg each. While holding the egg, one strikes it with that of the other. The one whose egg cracks, loses. Normally players take an equal number of eggs and the one whose egg is cracked in the end loses the game. Before playing, the eggs are colored tastefully and the strength of an egg is checked by tapping it against the front teeth.
At the outset, kids were seen enjoying the game. However, a few small clashes were also evident at some places over the egg fighting.
