DC Sherani?s vehicle swept away by floods

SHERANI July 20 (PPI): Rains have played havoc in Sherani as dozens of cattle heads have flown in rain water while crops and dams have been badly damaged.
Vehicle of Deputy Commissioner Sherani Muhammad Azeem Kakar drowned in flood water of river along Dera-Gai road. Local people rescued DC and Levies officials form water. His vehicle was badly damaged. His driver sustained injuries. He was removed to CMH where after medical aid he was discharged
Meanwhile FC Balochistan undertook relief and rescue activities along Zhob-Mir Ali Khel road where flood water flow has increased. Several people and vehicles were stranded in the water. Durign its rescue operation FC rescue 12 people including women and children. FC also saved 9 vehicles form flood water.
