Control Room set up in DC office made fully effective

QUETTA: The Control Room established in the office of Deputy Commissioner Quetta to tackle any emergent situation in view of the unstable weather conditions and significant monsoon rains predicted by the Met Office has been made fully effective.
This was announced in an official hand out issued here the other day.
According to the hand out, the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), Dr. Yasir Khan Bazai has been designated as the Focal Person.
The Control Room to be operational round the clock may be contacted through the phone No. 081-9202268 and Mobile No. 0333-7797767 in any emergency or emergent situation.
Meanwhile, the Agriculture Department, Sui Southern Gas Company, Food Department, Irrigation Department, Education Department, Water and Sanitation Authority, Communication and Works Department, Livestock Department and Quetta Metropolitan Corporation have been asked to post one representative of their respective departments in the Control Room.
