Former minister captures agri land

TAMBOO (PPI): A PML-N former provincial minister captured 50 blocks of agri land worth Rupees 80 million in Tehsil Tamboo. This land belongs to small zamindars who started protest.
Zamindars Hafiz Abdul Hameed Pindrani, Abdul Ghafar Pindrani and others told a press conference that senior vice President PML-N and former provincial minister Abdul Ghafoor Lehri bought 50 blocks of agri land in 2011 and paid Rupees 40 million. Ever since his younger brother Haji Muhammad Khan Lehri became provincial minister during the present government instead of paying Rupees 25 million was threatening of lodging case through Baba Kot Police.
They said that we zamindars are protesting. Nasirabad police was also providing projection to brother of provincial minister Muhammad Khan Lehri. They said when he was denying to pay the money a tribal jirga was arranged with former prime minister Zafarullah Jamali and Ghualm Mustafa Rind and Abdul Ghafoor Lehri accepted its verdict and promised to pay remaining amount on May 20, 2015. But now he has backed out from his promise. They said a case of Rupees 8 billion corruption against Abdul Ghafoor Lehri was being run by NAB Islamabad. Still lands worth millions of Rupees were being purchased and government agencies are silent.
They appealed to Prime Minister, Provincial President PML-N Balochistan, Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch, Chief Secretary Saifullah Chatha and Chief Justice Balochistan High Court for justice and action against Abdul Ghafoor Lehri.
