Transfers and postings of senior Civil Judges and Family Judges

QUETTA: Transfers and postings of senior Civil Judges have been made with immediate effect in the province.
According to an official notification issued here by the Registrar of Balochistan High Court, the Chief Justice has ordered the transfers and postings.
The notification said that Mr. Muhammad Umer Khokhar has been transferred from SCJ-I Quetta to SCJ Pishin, Mr. Najeebullah from SCJ Pishin to SCJ-I Quetta, Mr. Rehmatullah Umrani has been transferred from SCJ-III, Quetta to SCJ, Loralai.
Similarly, Mr. Imran Siddiqui has been transferred from SCJ, Chaman to SCJ-II, Quetta while Mr. Jehanzeb Khan has been transferred from SCJ, Usta Muhammad to SCJ-III, Quetta and Mrs. Asma Mushtaq from SCJ-II, Quetta to SCJ, Chaman.
As per the notification, the Civil Judge, Usta Muhammad shall hold the additional charge of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Usta Muhammad.
Moreover, according to another notification issued by the BHC Registrar, the transfers and postings of the Family Judges have also been made with immediate effect and till further orders.
According to the notification, Miss Saima Najam has been transferred from Hub to I-Quetta, Miss Shazia Zehri from Khuzdar to II-Quetta, Mrs. Sahista Gul Kasi from I-Quetta to Pishin, Ms. Farwah Jaffar from II-Quetta to Hub, Ms. Sadia Saeed from Sibi to Kalat, Mrs. Sarwat Khan from Dera Allahyar to Sibi and Mrs. Shaista Rehman has been transferred from Pishin and posted as Mastung.
The notification further stated that the Family Judge Kalat shall hold the additional charge of the court of Additional Family Judge, Quetta.
Similarly, the Civil Judge, Dera Allah Yar shall hold the additional charge of the Court of Family Judge, Dera Allah Yar while the Qazi-I, Khuzdar shall hold the additional charge of the Court of Family Judge, Khuzdar.
