QUETTA Oct 14 (PPI): Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch has called upon Ulema form all schools of thought to play their effective role for harmony, brotherhood and solidarity among people of different faith.
In his message on occasion of Commence of Muharram, new Islamic year he said this month besides remembering supreme sacrifices rendered by Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA), his family and friends for Islam and also teaches a lesson we should maintain unity among our ranks and files. Thus alone no power on earth can create difference among us.
He said Ulema and all other people and influential circles have heavy responsibility to teach lesson of peace and brotherhood to the people particularly Ulema in their speeches highlight importance and dignity of this month and give lesson of Ittehad Bainal Muslimeen and avoiding sectarianism so that they lead a life in peace within their faith.
He directed administration, police and law enforcement agencies to ensure full security measures for peace and order and security to life and property of people particularly Muharram Majalis and processions an effective security plan should be evolved and control rooms set up.
