Targets of plantation of trees achieved in province, Advisor to Forests informed

QUETTA: The Advisor to Chief Minister for Forests, Wildlife and Environment, Ubaidullah Jan Babat has stated that the trees are ornament of the land and they play important role in resolving the issue of environmental pollution.
That’s why we should plant maximum trees everywhere, Mr. Babat stressed while speaking to the concerned officers and staff during his visit to the city office of Forest department here the other day.
The Advisor to Chief Minister urged the Forests officers and staff to work honestly and dedicatedly so that the department progresses further.
He expressed his sorrow over the losses caused due to the recent earthquake. He said that we could face the natural disasters with patience. We have to help out those affected due to the natural disaster all over the country.
We stood by the affected people in the critical time of grief and sorrow, he maintained.
Ubaidullah Babat called on the philanthropists, politicians and political workers to come forward and financially help the needy people.
The Deputy Conservator Forests Department, Niaz Kakar briefed the Advisor for Forests and Wildlife about the issues related to the tree plantation.
He said that the Forests Department has achieved the target of tree plantation this year in the province despite the limited resources.
It is a record that for the first time the targets were achieved the credit of which goes to the Advisor, Ubaidullah Babat was informed further.
The Advisor to Chief Minister on the occasion asked the concerned to work hard further maintaining the same spirit.
