All Balochistan Spelling Bee Competition held at Pak-Turk School

QUETTA: 6th All Balochistan Spelling Bee contest was held at the Pak-Turk International School here the other day.
Chairman Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Quetta, Professor Siraj Ahmed Kakar was chief guest on the occasion. It may be mentioned here that the Pak-Turk International Schools conducted the Spelling Bee Contest in which students of different educational institutions took part.
The Deputy Secretary Establishment, Shamsullah Kakar besides the Principal and staff of the Pak-Turk International School was also present.
After a tough competition the only two groups remained on the stage for the final round.
They were included the girls students of Wisdom Public School Quetta and Al-Hijra Residential School Ziarat.
Upon several round conducted for these brilliant students, Wisdom Public School Quetta was declared as champion of the competition while Al-Hijra Residential School was finished as the Runner Up team.
Chief Guest of the event, Professor Siraj Ahmed Kakar appreciated the winning team. He also applauded the role of PAKTURK Int’l Schools for conducting the healthy competition among the students.
He expressed his satisfaction over the facility and academic environment in the Pak-Turk School. It is good to see very healthy participation in the competition, he commended.
The Spelling Bee Competition is a part of the healthy activities arranged from time to time organized by the Pak-Turk Schools to engage students to show their talent in different fields.
Recently, a Third Eye Competition was held at the Pak-Turk Girls Section, Quarry Road. Yet another competition is being organized in form of the National Inter-School Mathematics Olympiad (ISMO) 2015 on November 22, 2015 at all the branches of Pak-Turk Schools across the country simultaneously.

The Math Olympiad is being organized for the students of classes 5, 6, 7 and 8 in collaboration with the Pakistan Science Foundation.
Needless to mention here is that started in 2005, Pak-Turk International Schools and Colleges are successfully organizing this event (ISMO) for the 11th year in a row for the young students of Pakistan.
