Nefarious designs of terrorists to be foiled, vows BC Commandant

QUETTA: Commandant Balochistan Constabulary (BC), Dr. Mujeebur Rehman has categorically stated that we would play our part to foil the nefarious designs of the terrorists and other criminals.
He was addressing the darbar of the Constabulary’s officers and jawans, at Badar Line here the other day. Also present on the occasion were the Deputy Commandant, Abdul Waheed Khan, Superintendent of Police, Abdul Wahab and other officers.
The Commandant on the occasion affirmed that the terrorists would be taken to task. He mentioned that the special training is being imparted to the BC to cope with the challenges of future. The Pak army is extending cooperation in training of the force, he added.
He also said that BC together with other forces is playing its effective role in service and protection of the people in the province.
We are determined to maintain law and order mobilizing all available resources and using our professional capabilities, he added.
Referring the sacrifices of the personnel rendered in line of duty, the Commandant BC said that we have not forgotten those martyred while discharging their duties, he added.
The blood of those who lost their lives to establish government’s writ and improve law and order in the province would not let go wasted at all, Dr. Mujeebur Rehman vowed.
He also said that his doors are open to all the jawans. Their issues would be resolved, he assured. Two days would be fixed in a week (Tuesday and Thursday) to listen their problems, he assured further.
He on the occasion directed to the concerned to take care of the wellbeing of the jawans besides imparting them the modern training.
He also directed to the jawans to ensure their safety as well in addition to protecting life and property of the masses as per the duty security plan.
The jawans of the BC also apprised their Commandant about their collective nature problems, on which on the spot directives were issued to address them.
Earlier, the Commandant was presented salute by the smartly turned out contingent of the Constabulary.
