Necessary directives for all concerned: “Strict implementation to be ensured for safety of Civil Secretariat”

QUETTA: The Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD) has issued directives to ensure implementation on the security measures adopted for the civil secretariat in true letter and spirit.
According to an official notification of the S&GAD, it was observed that the implementation is not being made on the directives already issued with regard to adopting security measures in the Civil Secretariat. As a result, the staff deployed on security of the Secretariat are facing problems, it was mentioned in the notification.
In this regard, fresh directives have been issued for strict implementation on the same and stated that no government and private vehicle would be allowed to enter the Secretariat without the valid entry sticker.
However, in case of any unavoidable circumstances including the essential meetings, etc., the special permission would have to be acquired from the Admin Wing of the Services and General Administration Department.
Except of the Ministers, Members of the Provincial Assembly and Administrative Secretaries of the government departments, all the government and private vehicles would have to pass through the vehicles system before entering the premises of Civil Secretariat.
All the employees would have to extend wholehearted cooperation to the security staff during general or extra-ordinary checking.
All the employees would also have to show their national identity cards to the security staff posted at entry gate of the Civil Secretariat.
No visitor or employee of the subordinate department would be allowed to enter the Secretariat before 11 AM.
All the administrative departments have also been made bound to ensure schedule of meetings with their subordinate officers or departments after 11 AM and before 4 PM.
Moreover, all the provincial ministers and elders would also be bound to stay their security guards out of the secretariat.
Similarly, it is essential for the drivers of the parliamentarians and officers to stay with their vehicles in order to maintain flow of traffic.
No motorcycle or bi-cycle would be allowed to park within the premises of the civil Secretariat.
