GTAB delegation calls on Nawab Sana Zehri

QUETTA: A delegation of Government Teachers’ Association of Balochistan (GTAB) called on the Chief Minister, Nawab Sanaullah Zehri here the other day.
The delegation of GTAB was led by its President, Muhammad Nawaz Jatak.
The members of the delegation informed the Chief Minister about the issues being faced by the teachers of the province.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister assured that the government would resolve the issues of the teachers on priority basis.
However, the absence of the teachers from their duties or closure of schools on any account would not be tolerated, adding he asserted.
He also warned that the stern action would be taken against those not discharging their duties. Similarly, the ghost teachers would also be dealt with sternly, he added.
The Chief Minister believed that the goal of development is just impossible without removing the educational backwardness.
Therefore, it is duty of the teachers to not commit any negligence in decorating the students with ornament of education, he stressed.
They should be ready to impart best education to the students, he added.
