Sibi Festival Neelam Ghar: Quiz programmes unavoidable for mental grooming of students

QUETTA: The quiz programmes are unavoidable for mental grooming of the students so they should take wholehearted part in them.
This was stressed by the Director General, Social Welfare, Literacy and Social Welfare Department, Hashim Khan Kakar while addressing the male and female students at the Neelam ghar (quiz programme) arranged in the Jirga Hall the other day. The programme was part of the activities being organized in connection with the annual Sibi Festival.
The Director General said that the new generation should enhance their capabilities by taking part in the healthy activities.
He was appreciative of the efforts of the Sibi Festival organizing committee with regard to provision of the opportunities to the students.
He said that it is appreciable to organize healthy activities and so are being organized during the Sibi Festival. He said that the positive change would be brought about through the healthy activities. He also said that such wonderful activities prove the successful holding of the annual Sibi Festival.
Those who present in the Jirga Hall were included: Assistant Director Social Welfare, Mir Din Muhammad Marri, Additional Commission, Azim Anjum Hanbhi, Major Abdul Karim Shaheen, besides other concerned.
The students got precious prizes by answering questions in the quiz programme.
A magic show was also presented for recreation of the students.
Meanwhile, competitions were held among students of various schools at the same venue. The district administration organized the competitions in collaboration with the Children’s Academy.
