Annual SSC examinations: Helpful environment being provided to students: Abdullah

QUETTA: The present provincial government is endeavouring to provide conducive environment to appear in the examinations so that they may solve their papers with lot of ease.
This was stated by the Secretary Information, Abdullah Jan while speaking during his visit to the examination centers established in various educational institutions for the annual examinations of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in Uthal area of Lasbela district.
The Secretary Information maintained that there’s no dearth of talent in our youth, they just need proper guidance and necessary opportunities.
If they are guided well and provided desired opportunities, then they can excel in every sector, he believed.
They could also compete the students of rest of the country and the world, the Secretary maintained.
Referring the examinations and the measures being taken for prevention of cheating and use of unfair means in the examinations, Abdullah Jan said that the government is trying its best to ensure transparency in the examinations. That’s why certain measures have been adopted to eliminate cheating and booti mafia so that the talented and hard working students may fruit of their struggle, he said.
He stressed that the cooperation of the teachers and exam staff besides parents is very important. All of them have to support the government in it’s initiatives against cheating, he stressed.
He warned of stern action to be taken against those found committing negligence in their duties.
The government is not going to tolerate any negligence in this regard, adding he asserted.
District Education Officer, Azeem Sajid and other concerned were also present on the occasion.
