SZ police apprehend 136 criminals

HQ : South Zone Police on Saturday claimed to have arrested 136 accused in separate actions in the city's different areas and recovered arms and looted goods from their possessions.
On the directives of South Zone DIG Dr Jamil Ahmed, Kalri, Garden, Kharadar, Darakshan, Risala, Civil Lines, Nabi Bux, Napier, Saddar, Frere, Darakshan, Preedy, Gizri, Mahmoodabad, Jackson, Arambagh and City Court police teams apprehended 136 accused. The arrested suspects were involved in different crime cases. They included eight target killers, eight street criminals and seven drug peddlers, said police.
Police recovered two hand grenades, 14 pistols, several cartridges, looted goods, and a huge quantity of narcotics from the detained accused.
